Fair Marketplace Rules
Protecting rights for buyers, independent merchants, and platform integrity.
1. Multi-Vendor Marketplace Overview
MNS Store operates as an online multi-vendor e-commerce platform connecting buyers with verified independent merchants. While MNS Store conducts KYC checks and seller onboarding reviews, individual product fulfillment and inventory representation are maintained directly by respective merchants.
2. User Accounts & Identity Safeguards
To make purchases or onboard as a seller, you must create an account with accurate personal or business details. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Any transactional activity originating from your account remains your sole legal responsibility.
3. Seller Obligations & Fair Conduct
Merchants onboarded on MNS Store agree to strictly abide by the following marketplace principles:
- Authentic Goods Only: Listing counterfeit, replica, or illegal items is strictly prohibited and results in instant account termination.
- Transparent Pricing: Display correct Maximum Retail Price (MRP), offer rates, and applicable GST compliance invoices.
- Timely Order Processing: Dispatch goods promptly upon order confirmation to ensure quick fulfillment.
4. Orders, Payments & Pricing
All product payments are securely processed through authorized Indian payment gateways using UPI, NetBanking, or Cards. Orders are subject to item availability with sellers. MNS Store reserves the right to cancel orders in case of technical pricing glitches or fraudulent payment signals.
5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Return and refund requests are governed by our specific product category guidelines. Products damaged upon arrival or delivered incorrectly are eligible for verification and prompt replacement or refund initiation back to the original source payment account.
6. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights
All platform designs, UI elements, branding, logos, and software code belonging to MNS Store are protected under intellectual property laws. Vendors retain ownership of their registered brand logos and product images uploaded for listing.
7. Limitation of Liability
MNS Store strives for maximum service availability and seamless shopping. However, we are not liable for temporary technical outages caused by external internet providers or third-party logistics delays beyond reasonable operational control.
