Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
Items eligible for return must be requested within 7 days of delivery in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
2. Pending Orders
Active or pending processing orders cannot be deleted until completed or cancelled through customer care.
3. Refund Timeline
Once a returned item is received and inspected by the vendor/store, approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
